Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Digitalisasi, Pengembangan Karyawan, dan Kompensasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja di PT LKMAK

Abstrak
Studi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya tingkat pergantian karyawan di PT LKMAK yang berpotensi mengganggu stabilitas organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi kerja, digitalisasi, pengembangan karyawan, dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan di PT LKMAK, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 orang. Analisis data menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, pengembangan karyawan, dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, sementara digitalisasi menunjukkan pengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan kerja dan rekomendasi strategis dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja di PT LKMAK.
