The Influence of Work Motivation, Digitalization, Employee Development, and Compensation on Job Satisfaction at PT LKMAK

Abstract
This study is motivated by the high rate of employee turnover at PT LKMAK which has the potential to disrupt organizational stability. This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation, digitalization, employee development, and compensation on job satisfaction. The population and sample in the study were all employees at PT LKMAK, with a sample size of 60 people. Data analysis used quantitative methods through Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results of the study showed that motivation, employee development, and compensation had a positive effect on job satisfaction, while digitalization showed a negative effect on job satisfaction. This study is expected to provide a comprehensive understanding of the factors that influence job satisfaction and strategic recommendations in improving job satisfaction at PT LKMAK.
