Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi problematikan pendidikan ekonomi non-formal dalam bisnis start-up di era society 5.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan menggunakan analisi isi yang bersumber dari jurnal nasional maupun internasional bereputasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisi study pustaka di dapatkan bahwa terdapat fenomena volatilitas start-up di Indonesia untuk menghadapi tantangan perkembangan pasar dan kemajuan teknologi. Pergeseran kompetensi di era society 5.0 menjadikan star-up perlu untuk melakukan modifikasi pada sistem kerja perusahaannya. Sejalan dengan fenomena tersebut, pendidikan ekonomi non-formal dapat memberikan kontribso melalui pengenalan potensi lokal daerah dan memberikan pendampingan untuk menumbuhkan jiwa entrepreneurship yang sesuai dengan permintaan pasar dan perkembangan teknologi di era society 5.0
